This includes picking up and arranging scattered items, dusting and wiping all surfaces such as mirrors, cabinets, and cupboards, and spot cleaning any stains or marks. We scrub and wipe sinks and stovetops, vacuum all areas, and use a pet hair remover brush on all couches and chairs. Additionally, we disinfect and sanitize surfaces, load the dishwasher, clean the inside of toasters and microwaves, thoroughly clean bathrooms, and polish all stainless-steel appliances. We also gather and remove all trash, mop floors, change and straighten linens, and perform dry mopping to ensure your home is spotless and well-maintained.

Basic Deep Residential Cleaning Service:
Our basic deep residential cleaning service includes our comprehensive 16-point checklist, with additional focus on detailed dusting, spot cleaning of walls and electrical outlets, and thorough cleaning of bathrooms, particularly addressing yellow areas and stains. In the kitchen, we concentrate on detailed cleaning of the backsplash and stove top, as well as polishing and wet wiping baseboards, door frames, and cleaning glass shelves. The living room receives special attention, with cushions removed from couches for vacuuming underneath, and detailed vacuuming of all visible corners of the home.

Advanced Deep Cleaning Residential Service:
Our advanced deep residential cleaning service includes our comprehensive 16-point checklist, along with the additional points from the basic deep cleaning service. Furthermore, we offer new services such as moving and cleaning any appliances and furniture that can be relocated without damage, washing walls with microfiber cloths, Swiffer, and wall cleaning spray, and using specialized dusters to reach items left behind or underneath. We also provide steam cleaning for kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and lint removal from dryers, steam cleaning washers and deep cleaning with detergent tablets, polishing appliances, wood furniture treatment, mattress vacuuming with UV light for disinfection, dust removal, washing and wiping inside windows and window sills, and machine washing all floors with a specialized vacuum/scrubbing machine.

Move-In-Out Residential Cleaning Service
Our move-in/out residential cleaning service ensures your home is spotless. It includes vacuuming the entire property and radiators, initial dust removal, scraping and spot cleaning, damp rag wiping, steam cleaning the stove, refrigerator, and bathroom, handwashing all filters, deep cleaning the dishwasher and washer, vacuuming the dryer, vents, and filters, a second dust removal, disinfecting high-touch areas, machine floor washing, polishing stainless steel appliances, and final dry mopping. This service is for empty apartments with major appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer) only. Kitchen cabinets, drawers, bathroom vanities, closets, and pantries must be empty. If the apartment is furnished, a different service is required.

Depending on the material, a suitable cleaning method such as steam cleaning or hot water extraction (HWE) is applied. We avoid using harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity and color of your upholstery. After cleaning, the upholstery is thoroughly rinsed to remove any cleaning agents and residues. It is then dried using high-powered fans to prevent mold and mildew, ensuring the fabric's texture and appearance are maintained. A final inspection is conducted to guarantee that the upholstery meets our high standards of cleanliness, with any necessary touch-ups performed at this stage.
Deep Cleaning on Specific Area Residential Service:
Our deep cleaning service for specific residential areas ensures a thorough and meticulous clean, focusing on bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances. We utilize a steam machine that reaches over 270 degrees Fahrenheit for effective sanitation. In bathrooms and kitchens, we move all items that can be moved to clean every nook and cranny, including relocating appliances in kitchens where possible. We steam clean dishwashers and washers using both steam and cleaning tablets to ensure the interior is spotless, and for dryers, we vacuum the exhaust and filters to maintain optimal performance. Cupboards, closets, and pantries are cleaned inside and out, with all contents removed, thoroughly cleaned, and neatly organized. Additionally, we deep clean all floors using a scrubbing machine to remove embedded dirt and grime. This service is designed to leave your home exceptionally clean and well-organized.

Rug and Carpet Cleaning Residential Service
Our rug and carpet residential cleaning service begins with a thorough inspection upon pick-up to identify stains, damages, and the type of material, ensuring the appropriate cleaning method is used. The rug undergoes a dust removal process to eliminate loose dirt and debris, a crucial step for effective deep cleaning. Visible stains are pre-treated with professional-grade cleaning solutions, though pre-treated stains by the client may not respond well. Depending on the rug material, a tailored cleaning method such as steam cleaning, hot water extraction (HWE), or very low moisture (VLM) cleaning is applied; however, we do not clean rugs made of delicate materials like silk or antiques. After cleaning, the rug is thoroughly rinsed to remove all cleaning agents and residues and then dried in a controlled environment to prevent mold and mildew, maintaining the rug's shape and texture. Finally, a rigorous inspection ensures the rug meets our high standards of cleanliness, with any necessary touch-ups performed at this stage.
