Additional fees may apply for unusually long travel distances, tolls, or special scheduling requests. Any transportation charges will always be discussed and approved before your appointment is confirmed.
Turnaround Time
Most items are completed within approximately 24–48 hours.
Additional time may be required depending on the item’s overall condition, level of buildup, cleaning needs, and drying time. Items requiring Heavy Mess Treatment or Bio Cleanup may take 48 hours or longer.
We will let you know if your item requires additional time after it has been assessed.
Before Your Pickup
Please complete the following before your scheduled arrival window:

Remove all personal belongings.

Empty the stroller basket.

Remove toys, food, cups, blankets, and loose accessories.

Remove the car seat from the vehicle.

Make sure the correct item is ready for collection.

Include only accessories selected and paid for during booking.

Inform us in advance about bodily fluids, mold, mildew, smoke, or pests.

Ensure that someone is available to release the item unless approved building or doorman instructions have been provided.
