Advanced Cleaning is recommended for baby gear with heavier buildup, embedded dirt, noticeable staining, food residue, or more extensive cleaning needs. It includes everything in the Basic Cleaning service along with more detailed cleaning techniques and additional time spent restoring the item as much as safely possible.

Most baby gear cleaning services are completed within 24–48 hours after pickup.

Items requiring extensive cleaning, specialty treatments, or Bio Cleanup may require additional time. If extra time is needed, we'll let you know immediately.

This service is available as a $20 add-on when needed.

If we determine your item requires Heavy Mess Treatment after inspection, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding.

Bio Cleanup is required for items affected by biological contamination such as:

Diaper blowouts

Urine

Because these situations require additional handling, specialized cleaning procedures, and extended drying time, Bio Cleanup carries an additional $50 charge.

Items requiring Bio Cleanup must be booked with an appropriate cleaning level (typically Advanced Cleaning).

Turnaround time is generally 24 hours or longer, depending on the condition of the item and the cleaning process required.

If Bio Cleanup is identified after pickup, we'll contact you for approval before any additional work is performed.

Yes.

We clean many baby gear accessories as an optional $25 add-on, including:

If your item differs from the service booked—for example, it's a different model, larger than expected, requires additional treatments, or needs a higher level of cleaning—we'll inspect it and contact you before proceeding.

We will never perform materially different work or add additional charges without your approval.

We use plant-based, non-toxic, child-friendly cleaning products whenever appropriate for the item being cleaned. Our products are selected to be effective while being gentle on the materials commonly found in baby gear.

Because every manufacturer has different care recommendations, we also use material-appropriate cleaning methods and products selected according to the specific item and any available manufacturer care instructions.
