Once you accept the quote, we’ll proceed to schedule your cleaning service at a time that’s convenient for you. We aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, ensuring you get the best service tailored to your needs.
We offer a range of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday we are closed, and Sunday we are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling for special requests.

We understand that circumstances may require changes to your cleaning appointments.You are free to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any cancellation fees up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the schedule cleaning you will incur a fee.

Yes, you can request the same cleaner for each visit. We will always do our best to accommodate your preference based on their availability. You will have the same cleaner unless they are on vacation or on their sick days.

Yes, we offer laundry services, though they are not included in any of our standard packages. However, they can be added for an additional fee.
