It includes vacuuming, gentle fabric wipe-downs, surface cleaning, and light wheel cleaning. It does not include deep fabric cleaning, stain treatment, or odor removal.Baby Rescue is our advanced cleaning service for baby gear with accumulated dirt, noticeable stains, food residue, dirty wheels, or unpleasant odors. It includes thorough vacuuming, deeper fabric cleaning, stain treatment, detailed frame and wheel cleaning, and professional fabric extraction when permitted by the manufacturer.Please Note: Items requiring special treatments, such as bodily fluid cleanup, difficult material removal, or pet urine treatment, must receive Baby Rescue with the applicable additional service charge. All cleaning methods are subject to manufacturer guidelines, and complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

Most baby gear cleaning services are completed within 24–48 hours after pickup.Weekend Pickup: Items picked up on Saturday after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for return on Monday afternoon, subject to their condition, cleaning requirements, and drying time.We will let you know if your item requires additional time after it has been assessed.

Yes.For safety and liability reasons, all car seats must be removed from the vehicle before our scheduled pickup.Our team cannot remove installed car seats from customer vehicles.

No.For your child's safety, Bright Space Cleaning does not install or reinstall car seats after cleaning.We recommend following your manufacturer's installation instructions or consulting a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) if you need assistance reinstalling your car seat.

Our products are selected to be effective while being gentle on the materials commonly found in baby gear.Because every manufacturer has different care recommendations, we also use material-appropriate cleaning methods and products selected according to the specific item and any available manufacturer care instructions.Our goal is to clean every item as safely and thoroughly as possible while respecting manufacturer guidelines whenever available.

Special Treatments are additional cleaning services for baby gear affected by bodily fluids, difficult-to-remove materials, or pet urine. These conditions require extra labor, specialized cleaning methods, and potentially longer drying times. Special Treatments are available only with Baby Rescue (Advanced Cleaning) and are charged separately. More than one treatment may be required depending on the item's condition.

Yucky is our Special Treatment for accepted baby-related accidents, including urine, vomit, diaper blowouts, fecal contamination, and other baby-related bodily fluids. It includes additional pre-treatment, targeted cleaning of compatible affected areas, rinsing or extraction when appropriate, and additional drying time as needed. This treatment requires Baby Rescue and an additional service fee.

Uh-Oh Mess is designed for baby gear affected by difficult materials such as pet hair, sand, slime, melted crayons, gum, or other accepted substances requiring extra removal work. It includes additional vacuuming, manual removal, compatible spot treatment, and detailed cleaning as appropriate. This treatment is available as an add-on to Baby Rescue.

Furry Oops is our Special Treatment for accepted pet urine contamination. It includes targeted pre-treatment, cleaning of compatible affected areas, odor treatment, and rinsing or extraction when appropriate. Additional drying time may be required. Please note that urine absorbed into inaccessible foam, padding, or internal components may not be fully removable.

Yes! If your baby gear has multiple cleaning concerns, more than one Special Treatment may be necessary. For example, an item affected by both a diaper accident and difficult-to-remove materials may require Yucky and Uh-Oh Mess. Each applicable treatment is charged separately, and we will review the necessary services with you.

No. Optional add-ons, including separate bassinet cleaning, accessory cleaning, and additional wheel cleaning, are priced separately when applicable. Required Special Treatments are also charged in addition to Baby Rescue. Any applicable charges will be reviewed with you before proceeding.
