Cancellation Policy
By booking this service, you agree to the following terms. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. Prices apply to the service selected during booking. If the item's actual condition differs from the information provided, Bright Space Cleaning NYC will contact you before performing any additional work or applying additional charges. Pickup & Delivery Free pickup and return delivery are available in Greenpoint, Williamsburg, North Bushwick, North Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn Navy Yard, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, and Long Island City. A $20 Pickup & Delivery Fee applies outside these areas. Before Pickup Remove all personal belongings, toys, food, bottles, blankets, and loose accessories. Empty stroller baskets and remove car seats from vehicles before our arrival. We do not remove, install, reinstall, repair, or inspect car seats. Item Condition Please disclose heavy stains, bodily fluids, mold, mildew, smoke exposure, pet hair, sand, slime, gum, melted crayons, or damaged or missing parts. Failure to disclose these conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service. Cleaning Results We make every reasonable effort to improve the appearance of your baby gear; however, complete stain, odor, or discoloration removal cannot be guaranteed. Turnaround Time Most services are completed within 24–48 hours. Heavily soiled items, multiple items, premium models, or weather conditions may require additional time. Cancellations Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $35 Late Cancellation Fee. Missed Appointments If no one is available during the scheduled pickup or delivery window, or the item is not ready, a $35 Missed Appointment Fee will apply before a new appointment can be scheduled. Delays Weather, traffic, parking restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect pickup or delivery times.
